Hi, I'm doing some detailing on my '95 F250 4X4 and am looking for these pieces, Pic 1 is the screw for the side mirrors and pic 2 is the pads for them. Any help would be appreciated!

LMC Truck sells the pads, for the bolts I would recommend replacing with stainless if the truck is regularly parked outside. See if you could find something that would work (but it'll likely be Allen head) at a boat place like West Marine or something.
I dunno why Ford spec'd such cheap chrome on the mirrors, most of my truck looks OK despite being outside most of its life but the mirror brackets that bolt on the doors are all rusted to heck. I've thought about buying new ones just because but never had the spare $$$.
If you want, you can get an exact match from McMaster for the bolts, except for maybe the taper part.
I agree though about the mirror bracket quality. Something went wrong for the 87-96 models, because mine (and every one like mine) has completely rusted mirror brackets (I have no other rust on my truck,) and yet my 86 has a completely rusted out body and frame, yet no rust on the mirror brackets.
