Yes, you should be able to get invoice or below before rebates...I did on both of the '08s I bought.
Not excactly sure what my invoice on the truck was. But I got $6300 knocked off the sticker price and $6800 in rebates on my '08 F350 SRW CC. My credit union was offering 4.5% for 72 months. I needed to do that to get the rebates, or just taken fords 0% for 72 months.
The dealer also threw in a free spray in bedliner and running boards.
