I have actually seen those Mirrors on a SD oneday at a jobsite, it was 05-07 350 with a work bed on it I thought it looked goofy as could be having ambulance mirrors on them. I would resell them, and if I don't hear back a person interested in my old tow mirrors I'll sell you my OEM tow mirrors if your interested.
OK, just got done chatting with the seller. Looks like they are my mirrors. So I am going to put them on ebay. They say they will fit a '92 up. But will they fit up to an '08? Thanks.
Well, if there was ever a chance of me ordering from him, it's gone now. Don't see how he wouldn't honor his mistake, which as far as I can tell he sent you something differant that what he had advertised. You still have options through ebay and paypal.
Stop payment through paypal and ebay.
I looked at his completed auctions and he never sold a set of mirrors other than the set you got. But that is not what was pictured so you were scamed.
I buy and sell on ebay everyday, what he did is against policy. He sold you the new mirrors he took off the van and had a pic of the truck mirrors that he was putting on his van. You can contact ebay to start a dispute over the item, along with paypal will stop payment. But you have to get with the program today....
If you need help on how to do all this send me a pm or just give me a call on my cell 815-739-9999
I would raise holly heck at the seller. I buy occasionally on ebay and had no issues on wrong items shipped. Clearly, the mistake (or mix up...) is on his end.
Don't think it was a mistake, just plain old bait and switch. If he get away this time, he will screw someone else nest time. Don't let him get by with it.
The seller said that it was not worth shipping back, and for me to resell them. He said if they don't bring as much as I paid. He would credit my account for the remaining funds.

He is right about that. Even if you file a claim with paypal, as many have suggested , you have to send the mirrors back to him. Then you are at the mercy of PayPal and what they decide. You would more than likely get a refund, but still be out the return shipping- as per PayPal rules.
