older headers on efi heads

Will the older headers fit efi heads? Other than the air injection system is there fitment issues? Thanks, Matt

They will bolt up but they wont seal up. The port spacing and bolt spacing is the same, but the port shape and the location (up & down)is diffrent. Ford raised the exhoust port about 5/8ths in. on the EFI heads. I have some fendrewell L&Ls for a 70s truck that Im putting EFI flanges on for a project that Im working on.
