Welcome to the site!

I'll bet we can get you some help. How old is your battery?

Welcome to the forum. It is possible that there is a small leak at the windshield that has allowed water to get into the GEM module. This is located behind the fuse box. When this happens, all kinds of weird stuff can happen. This module controls everything from delay wipers to the PATS key system to the auto down drivers power window.
Also a weak battery like mentioned above can cause problems. Have you ever noticed if all of your gauges do a full sweep to the right when you first start it?
