My horn does not work in my 95 F-150. We tested it, and it is not getting any power, but running a live wire to it, makes it work. So, I am wondering if there is a fusable link, relay, or another unmarked fuse somewhere for it? I don't have a manual listing what the underhood relays are for, so that is why I need some help.
I was reading some of the other posts in this forum, and I thought I would add some more info about minor electrical problems. The emergency brake light works about half the time, oil pressure gauge (at idle, doesn't do it all the time) fluctuates constantly, but give it some gas, and goes back to normal. I do have a head gasket leak, but I check the oil every day.
The only electrical work done to it was a new stereo I put it, along with amp, subs, etc...
One last thing, the daytime running lights do not work (Canadian truck)
The horn, daylights, and brake light didn't work before, and the oil pressure gauge started to act up after the stereo was put in.
Can all of this be from the ignition switch?
