Angry Squeal at stop and go

This just started happening two days ago. My truck is a 2005 4.6 F-150 w/38000 miles on it. Intermitenly, whenever I completely stop and go, I hear a squal (this squeal lasts for almost half a second and goes away) from the rear of the truck. What could this symptom be? I just got new near pads and rotors installed about a month ago. Could the caliper be sticking? Or could the e-brake possibly be sticking somehow?? Thanks guys

check your e-brake tension.

go drive for a few minutes with moderate stop/go braking, stop and go feel both of your rear rotors...be careful. they may be red hot.

that does sound like something is dragging back there...or the rotors weren't cleaned of grease

how do I adjust the ebrake tension. The rotors and brake pads were installed professionally. I am leaning towards the e-brake...
