Bent My Ears!!!
This is kind of a continuation of my last thread, but...
I was removing my egr for cleaning. I got the two bolts out easily enough, used a pry bar to rotate the thing enough to attach some 1800 lb pull string that I use for work. Got that done, I put my floor jack handle through to lift it...it was so stuck that I bent the ears and that sonofa still wouldn't pop!!
I finally had tosquirt a little WD down there and let it sit. Hopefully none went up inside. It finally came out after another 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that it's nice and pretty. Going back in momentarily.

Yeah, I straightened them out as much as I could w/ locking pliers, and then was careful tightening the bolts down. If I had stripped out those bolts, there's no telling what I would've done!!
