I just wanted to let you guys know that I was able to get the alternator, and got it on. I drove 78 miles and it never came back on. Thanks again for all your help.

That's good to hear. The alternator is one thing you shouldn't be worrying about next week. Sounds like they're talking about Cat 4 or 5 when it makes landfall. That means you'll probably still get Cat 2 or 3 where you're at, so good luck.
Were the highways starting to fill in yet, or is everyone waiting for Sunday afternoon or Monday morning for the exit?

The traffic really wasn't as bad as I had expected. I never even had to slow down very much. I'm just glad I got out when I did, cause its gonna be a lot worse the closer it gets.
