I would take your list to like radio shack, then see what is in your price range.
On things like solderless terminals and the crimping tool...DONT scrimp on quality. Many `kits` try and give you a lot but the quality may be poor and you have a lot of off line stuff that you will never use.
Buy a good electrical meter/tester. I have a FLUKE meter and it was not cheap.
I have access to several `supply houses` for the hobbyist. I can but shrink tube in bulk form and connectors also.
