It is brand Dupli-Color engine enamel ceramic Ford Blue. It really didn't take that long to remove the insulation and glue from the tube. I have access to acetone and some steel wool, and off she came. Pic of the install will be posted later.

Looks good. Nice job. Might want to stick the red hose in the proper clip on the inlet tube. Might rub a hole in it from the hose clamp and leak.
