Rear Sway Bar Question

I have a 4.5 inch Icon lift rides and I like the way it handles, but my question is what are my options with the rear sway bar. Icon does not address the issue with the angle of the sway bar when you add a 5 inch block. It needs to drop about 2.5 inches to work properly. I am not sure if there is a fix for this or should I just take it off.

Thanks, that is what is did. With it off it did not seem to change the handling. I don't know if it is just me, but the rear sway bar seems to be way to small for +8,000 lbs. truck.

You can get some custome made billet drop blocks if you want to put it back on.

do that and put a heavier duty one on. The stuck one is smaller than my pinky finger.

I put a Helwig on mine. It is almost three times the thickness as the stock one. Helped the sway this thing had too compared to my 04. Also added an add a leaf so that the rear suspension was stiffer. I really don't care for the extended spring change on this model. The shorter leaf springs were heavier duty.

Nice, I just look them up. I think I will still have to add a drop bracket or see if they have longer arms.
