Thanks for inviting me in here guys. I haven't been on a for many years, everything kind of went by the way of Facebook. Honestly, I've had about enough of all the BS on there so I figured I would come and see what this is all about!
Quick backstory, I'm 36 and have been infatuated with Ford pickups since I was a little kid. My first car was a 93 F150 rcsb, and I've had a few 350's and a 14 150 as well. I currently own a 2019 F350 cclb lariat, and a '90 F150 rcsb lariat.

What a day
did the coolant t o-ring (just the upper hose one) yesterday.
drove to dealer for concentrated orange coolant. Filled her up.
hit Walmart and then wiggled the hose. Was thinking it shouldn’t do that.
Sure enough on the drive home the hose blew off.
coasted to safe place.
popped the locking clip off the hose and right into the middle of the road.
car missed it. Truck ran it over or close to it and tossed it.
15 minutes to find it. Another 15 to finally realize I wasnt pushing the hose in far enough to lock.
finally got it and added 1/2 gallon I had left of the concentrate. Made it 1 mile. Pulled over. No distilled water there. Another store only RO water.
was ready to buy that when my wife called and said she was on her way with two gallons of distilled from our house.
made it home. Now to get another gallon of orange FMC coolant.

Thank you for welcoming me into this group. I hope to run into some of ya'll some day. I am in the town of Catskill! I am actually on the hunt for a 351M engine oil dipstick tube to start with, and then have a mechanic just do a look over to make sure everything else is mechanically sound before I get started on some cab corner welding with a friend.
