Kill switch wiring Question

I'm setting up a 1994 Mazda B3000 4x4 for "Tuff Truck" competition and need to find out how to wire a "Kill Switch" so that it disconnects the battery AND kills the engine. This is an electronic fuel injected truck. I'm Old School and really lost on this newer stuff. Thanks for any help, Tyqmonn.

With the battery disconnected, the fuel system and ignition system will be cut off as well, which will kill the motor.

FYI, a safety tip on kill switches - opening and closing the switch can create sparks, so the farther you are able to place the switch from the battery, the better. Because of fumes that can be around a battery, a spark can cause the battery to explode. Avoid those battery post-mounted kill switches; they are a recipe for disaster.

Are you wanting an engine kill or an electrical system kill?

Battery Brain makes a couple of models with remote controls. There are 250+ amp solenoids you could use.

If you just want an engine kill, you can disrupt the power to the coil or the fuel pump. You can do this with a relay and have the relay active when running or active when when cut off.
