A little more accessible...
We are now the FTE sponsor of the 6.0 forum, and if all goes well I am certainly going to try to increase my presence again here in the 6.0 area

I'm also aware that we have been very difficult to get in contact with of as of late. This has been a plague of our small company since this time last year due to the overwhelming amount of business (I shouldn't bitch in a bad economy
) but I'm happy to report we are in the process of making ourselves much more "accessible" from both a customer service and sales perspective. We currently have two large installation projects at the moment; one which will be wrapped in hopefully in a matter of days and the next shortly thereafter. Once these are complete, we will no longer be doing any hardware installation here (other than a couple smaller projects of which I've already obliged)- strictly sales and R&D. This, along with a couple of new crew members added very shortly should help the situation of contacting us a TON, along with allowing me the time and attention to spend more hands-on time here at FTE and our other sponsored sites.
This "transition" won't happen overnight, but I think the changes will become very apparent over the next few weeks. Our primary focus will be tuning and parts development, with heavy immediate emphasis on our 6.0 and 6.4 products along with custom tuning for both our Phalanx Console and existing SCT units.
I am preparing a very large update to the online SCT archives (larger than what's already there, actually) along with preparing a new line of "3 module tuning" (PCM, TCM, and FICM tuning) for our 6.0 Phalanx monitor. The online archive will soon include full manual transmission and Excursion support, along with some "backdating" (adding support for some older flashes, for those who have not had recent reflashes) and adding the needed changes for injectors, aftermarket turbochargers, and other increasingly-popular 6.0 hardware mods. And of course, full one-off custom tuning will still be available (and much easier to obtain once things have calmed down).
It's good to see you are finding your niche.
I was holding off on switching to you guys until you got it. btw I wish half the links on your site actually went to where they say they go. Its kind of hard to get updates on the info.
And yes, the site is a total trainwreck at the moment. Another thing to add to the list
Sorry to come off a little harsh about the site. It is good to have you back though we have been having to rely on bismic and tex for good tech support
.Thanks again.
