96 Explorer Won't start! Help Please

96 Explorer Won't start! Help Please
V6. High mileage but well taken care of. Most of the major components, IE alt, water pump etc except the timing chain replaced about 70K ago, it has 250K basically. Last reports from oil lab running synthetic showed nothing at all strange, and less wear than a 125K motor.
Ran fine, maybe just a touch hard to start, IE not instant but took a second or two to fire up.
Killed it at church this AM. Now just turns over and won't fire. Engine itself seems to vibrate in the mounts/frame heavier than normal?
All this in the middle of grandma dieing and teh funerla on Monday....
Any thoughts appreciated on where to look. Gotta get a chain and pull it home right quick.

Fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. Since it fired on ether, that means the computer is getting a signal from the crank/cam position sensor.
There should be a schrader valve on the fuel rail, and you should just be able to rent or buy a fuel pressure tester relatively cheap.
