86 Cherry Ready to upgrade

Hello to all, I am a new member and I am looking for some advice. I have just purchased a 86 F150 4x4 351w, auto, Lariat. Red on red SWB and in all original mint condition that just rolled 100K. This truck has been A/C garage kept for last 10 years, only 10k miles in last 10 years. (pics to follow later) My first upgrade is to attempt a sepentine belt upgrade, anybody done this yet???? Is there a way to do such a task without using one of those really expensive conversion kits???? All smog accessories have been removed..... Any and all input is welcomed...

Your best bet is to find another 351 with the serpentine setup and swap everything. It must be a 351, and not a 302 as the brackets for the 302 will be shorter due to the 351 having a taller deck. You will also need to replace your water pump as the serpentine systems run the pump in the opposite direction. Now make with the pics!
