plug wires?? arcs?
ok so i got her running pretty good now, but i decided to chk my wires (brand new bosch) just to be sure, so tonight in the dark i looked for arcing. low and behold, i can see every plug firing (in the boot) not only that but everywhere a wire comes close to something metal i can see it arcing. and i mean everywhere, form wire to wire, wire to engine, even on top of the cap. could the new wires really be this faulty??? ive never seen anything like this and hav eno idea how it could even run like that!! also if i run my hand along any wire, it glows in my hand. WTF!!! tell me this is wrong and somehow i got a set of bum wires.
anyone ever see anything like this??

NO, it's not normal.
Why not consider opting for a set of OEM Motorcraft wires & be sure the plugs external insulators are lightly buttered with silicone grease, as that can help cut down on "flash over" on those wet dewey starts, or rainey days.
