Dodged Problem!
I have a '99 Dodged Intrepid with a small problem. It cuts out, like water in the fuel. This problem has been there for a while. Just sitting still and reving up the motor to 2500 rpm and let it run there it will occacionally drop 2-300 rpm then returns to normal. It also does the same thing while driving. I've installed new spark plugs and coils and cps(no codes show up). The injectors checked out ok also. The problem is there whether cold or hot. The motor does run good when it is running. This motor has 45000(145000 car) miles on it. My next thoughts are: maybe a plugged up catalytic converter or maybe a faulty fuel pump. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks..
