silicone boots

I got my 6.0 IC and tubes ordered (thanks TJ), now I'm ordering the early 99 intake, turbo clamp, from psd shop.com. If I remeber right some of you guys are using the boots and reducers from intakehose.com $14 each vs almost $50 each from ford any problems? Worth paying the ford price? I see they arn't the "correct" size but close. (2 1/2 vs 2 3/8).

Try this site: Intake Pipe Reducer

They have a large selection of reducers, hump hoses, bends etc.

I am using boots from Intakehoses dot com. They are slightly longer than they should be but a razor blad takes care of that. I think I trimmed about 1/2" off each side of each boot. With a good clamp they tighten down great. The Ford ones are probly better but at 50 bucks each I couldnt see spending more on two boots that I did on IC and Tubes.
