Daytime Running Lights Question

I have a 06 F250 SD, 2wd, ext cab, blah blah. Is there a way to get rid of the day time running lights? Like turn them off so i can run jst the parking lights with my fog lights and not always have the head lamps on? In my dads truck it actually has an override switch that will turn them off but my ford doesnt have it. any ideas?

Search around for the thread on adding daytime running lights to a truck. My guess is if you do the opposite, it will get rid of daytime running lights
