2008 EXURSION conversion kit
On Saturday I was attending the 14th annual Woodward Dream cruise. For all of those that dont know its a big huge car show that stretched over 6 miles, and about 2 million people attend. S as I was watching the cars from the sidewalk, I noticed a big white truck. I looked at the front end and it was a 2008 ford 250/350 front end (headlights and all). I started to scan across the other lanes to look at other cars and noticed that there was no bed cap. In fact it was an excursion with a new front end on it. As it started to pull farther down the street the less I could see it. I am 100% positive that it as an excursion body from the firewall back. It was raised up and big tires. Don't know if it was a sponsored car or what. Maybe someone in here has seen it before or it may even be theres. From what I did see it didn't have a michigan plate on it. Thought it was a cool looking ride, and wanted to share.

Honestly, for the life of me I have no idea why someone would want to uglify their Excursion with the nasty front end of an 08 Super Duty. 
The side vents are cool (only because they are functional) but those headlights.

i like the painted to match FX4 stuff... but the chrome stuff doesn't seem to do it for me. Everyone seems to like the painted to match stuff (at least from people who convert their fron ends to it)... not sure why Ford insists on the big chrome so much... they should make painted to match standard and chrome available in a bling bling package. Betcha they wouldn't have many takers at all...
