Nothing like a shut out.
I like watching all the events, but I only like the events that are not judged like volleyball, basketball, track, etc.

I saw on the Today show this morning where the IOC was looking in to it. They said in a lot of past competitions He Kexin's birthday was listed as being in 1994 and now her passport says she's 16. So hopefully they will be able to do something about it. On another note I loved it when Bella Karolyi called some of the judging a total rip off! That was priceless! He was mad!

I'm very disappointed they don't/won't televise the shooting competition. I would love to watch the trap and skeet shooters! No judging to cloud the issue either.
I enjoyed the beach volleyball.

I think NBC's coverage pretty much sucked, I wish I had cable and/or sat.
All they showed was the events with the USA in it, not that there is any thing wrong with that at all, but then they played useless tidbits of crap instead of showing other events that were going on. For a track & field fan like myself, I would really have liked to see a lot more.
Oh well, there are always the world championships I can catch, but they are still not quite the olympics.

Watched the volleyball last PM, a good show. Too bad for the Brazillians, they fought hard...well, they get a silver, not exactly a poke in the eye.
How about those Jamaican runners?
As usual, some good, some not so good. I like the clear victory as well, as the judging always seems to be a headscratcher.

Captain 1: Uhhhh, lets see, I'll take uhhhhh.......
Captain 2: C'mon. C'mon.....
Captain 1: OK, relax, I'll take uhhh..... DALHAUSSER.

OK, how about that women's 400m (?) relay last PM? My son and I were yelling for the USA & I hear the wife yelling from the family room as she motored past the Ruskie for the Gold. It don't get much better than that.
And due to insomnia, I watched the Basketball against Spain for Gold. Them fellers was tough. I heard Kobe the other day professing a patriotic tune and watching him last night I almost think he is redeemable, if not redeemed at this point.
I wanted to see Kim Rhode do some shooting & I thought I was on to it when I realized it was just the host country dealing with some protesters....
