Smile Clock Spring Sprung!!

My Cruise went out along with the horn, so I pulled the clock spring and ran a continuity test that checks out o.k. Anybody have a run in with this? If the clock spring is good what else could it be? all the fuses look good? thx

I had the same problem a couple years ago in my 94 e-150. This has been an issue with older fords. It cost me about 100.00 for the clock spring. The only real problem that I remember was fishing a wire through the column but not to bad if you have patience. Other syptoms of and on will be your dome light and radio.
