Need help!!!

I'm working in Yorkville IL, and I'm pretty sure I have an injector gone bad. Does anyone live in the area that knows a good mechanic thats not going to try and take me for a ride?

Sorry should have mentioned, I have an 06' F350 6L with about 111000 miles on it
