91 f150 stereo problem
I just bought a 91 ford f150 I installed an aftermarket deck but the problem is when I turn on the head lights (low or high beams) I lose all power to the stereo and have no idea what could cause this. Ive never had this issue before, does anyone know what could cause this?

hmmm, by any chance are you taking the KAM power from the lighting? factory radios dimly light some stuff when the lights are off, then when the lights come on do something else... (I think your year it is an orange wire?)

I didnt use the harness adaptor because when I got the truck someone already hacked into the wiring harness.
