Yep, awhile back there were a few threads about emailing Ford for a build sheet.
I got mine and did find two errors in it. On the VIN portion of it, it says the 4th digit E is for air brakes. And it said I have a 3.55 open rear end while I have LS even according to the door sticker. Other than that it's pretty interesting. I still plan to get one for my other 95 F-150 and my 97 F-250.
Go to Ford.com and find the link for customer relations. Send them an email that has your VIN and full name and snail mail address.
Within two weeks you will receive a nice snail mail letter with the Ford letterhead and all of the options that was on the truck when it was shipped-and will give the shipping date.
