03 rough idle when cold
03 6.0 180k runs like crap when starting smokes and cuts out if you try driving down the road before letting it warm up Hasnt had the ecm update yet reckon thats the main problem? Its alot worse the colder it is out side or the longer it sits in between start ups.

I agree. Try the inductive heat flash at the Ford dealer. It's cheap and it works.
