The PO put never-seize on the injectors and glow plugs. I been told you shouldn't put that on them. Is this true?
Also yesterday I spilled some fuel over the glow plug and noticed little bubbles forming as air is coming out of the wholes. Anyone know the torque specs on them, I think there a little loose. Thanks for the help
it is ok to use anti-seize , you just have to use it carefully and not allow any of it to enter the engine
such as using it on the ends of the glow plugs
the torque is probably in the neighborhood of 10 to 15 lbs of torque
they have fine threads a little torque goes a long way
and definitely get them torqued down running the engine with loose glow plugs or injectors will destroy the threads in the head
