Hello guys,
I finally decided to buy a Dyna low rider. Well, I have been looking around for a while and local dealer here in NorCol has 2008, blank and orange Dyna, in stock. The 2009 in black is $18,651( plus $500 for two tone) out of the door and the dealer is asking $17100 out of the door for 2008. Does that sound right? Let me know, I have time till Sunday 2:00PM to decide on this 2008 or I will have to order 2009.
do the 08......less depp hit, and the want it gone....offer him 16000 to close it then leave. He will call you in 2-3 days and get to 16500 take it and run....JMO
you may want to ask in the harley section.....Iam sure they could give you alot of insight. but I guess it really boils down to what you want to drive home.......good luck bro! They are nice rides and do hold the value a bit more. My buddy had a few issues with larger tires rubbing because if the ground effects but nothing a saw's all couldnt take of.
Congrats on the Bike.
I don't want to see another Harley for awhile though,I spent 3 1/2 hours last night repairing a friends that just stopped by to say hi(100 mile trip to do it) the throttle cable broke and after I made a new one I found out that the shop that just rebuilt his carb(bike was sitting for five yrs) had the idle adjusted with the cable not the idle screw so it would not idle now as the cable I made was a little longer then the one that broke,so for a temp solution I had to put a very long Idle adjusting screw in so he could get home without the bike wanting to stall at every stop light and every chance I had I teased him that he should have bought a Honda.
