Power Steering Pressure Switch???
When I got my truck there was a yellow-green wire and a grey-red wires with a plug on the end of them hanging loose, now I found out that it's the power steering pressure switch wires. My Haynes book says the 5.0L are the motors that have them but it doesn't say where to plug it in. So is this true does a '93 F-150 with 5.0L have the switch and if so where do you plug the wires in at?

There should be a switch in the high pressure line, from the pump to the steering box. If it is not there it may have been because the line has been replaced with the wrong one. If so, do not worry, the reason for the switch is to shut the air conditioning off if you are turning hard. It does this so the truck will not stall, because the air conditioning takes a lot of power to drive.
