Make sure you have a free Oasis report done by a Ford dealer. Just give them the VIN and they can print you one. Also do a carfax. Check for documentation on service done. Look at undercarriage for excessive rust or damage. Check the front ball joints for grease fittings. If they have fittings then they have been changed. Check for other wear and tear. Check the Transmission fluid, should be nice and red. Check the antifreeze, make sure it is not brown. Check for leaks underneath. Check the roof paint condition. Find one that suits you in your price range and buy it.

Excellent choice. What are you going to be using it for. I ask because if it is for towing a lot, get 4.30 gears if you can.
If only towing sometimes, 3.73 gears are ok and probably increase fuel mileage a little.
I bought one with cloth interior and it is fine. We just needed a bare bones V-10 truck for camper hauling duty.
If you have the need, look for one with built in DVD, ect...but that's just more stuff to break!!!
