The HPOP stands for High Pressure Oil Pump. The 7.3's and the 6.0's use a high pressure oil system along with electric sensors to tell the injectors when to fire. Not real sure how it works, but it does. When standing in front of your truck looking at the engine, the HPOP reservoir (on the 7.3's at least) sits right on top of the engine in front. If your engine still has the plastic shield on it, it's probably just underneath the shield.

As for the sensor part number, that is the correct Ford part number.

Thanks John for the knowledge. So the oil reservoir is right near the fuel filter under the plastic shield. I'll have to get a book on the engine to help me out some more. I'm in the Navy n work on jet engines so this shoudn't be too bad lol Plus work on cars so that helps

Call first, but take your truck in, they will run the vin# to see if it is on the recall list, and then they will check and see if your truck has the right sensor. If it was changed by a previous owner, or yourself, they won't change it under warranty. If it has the faulty sensor, they will change it for you, no charge. They will most likely see if there are any codes coming up, and let you know about those as well.
