jerky shifting, no od
after towing boat a short distance and with no problems, no heat, now wont shift into od, shifts had into 2nd @35mph and third only after 45 mph and letting up on gas. about 2 months ago replaced the speed sensor when would not shift at all into 3rd or od. 87 f-150 4.9l auto. fluid is very light red, at correct level, no smells, no leaks. Any ideas where to check for this problem?

You may have a problem with your TV adjustment, check it. If the TV and any bushings you may have in the linkage is OK then it sounds like the seals are bad and it needs an overhaul.
