Rear Window
Has bubbles appearing in the Tint layer . Can anything be done apart from rear window replacement ? It also leaks around the rubber seal in one area.

Factory tint or after market tint? If it is after market, try pulling the tint film up a little and wet it down, then squegee it back down. If it is factory, I don't know if it can be fixed, check with a glass shop, also the glass shop should beable to reseal the window.
