i have 2004 ford f150 4x4 5.4 engine with 18 inch tires with rear axle ratio 3.73 and automatic transmission with over drive. my question is about how much weight can i tow including trailer.

Well they rate the F150 for 10,500 but bigger rims will lower your tow rating by a bit so I would say you could tow up to 9000 lbs or so
