Electrical glitches
I have a '94 F150 crewcab 4x4. The horn and the cruise control do not work. The fuses and the horn relay are good. Also the wipers will not work unless I hold the turn signal lever just right. Then there is one other one that really has me puzzled.... When starting the truck a warning chime goes off (sounds more like a back-up alarm). It will sound in 5 steady chimes, 5 times. As if that is not enough it goes off about every 30 minutes when driving. Anyone have any ideas on any or all of this....Thanks.

Without a wiring diagram is is pretty difficult to figure where the problem originates from.

Electrical glitches
Start checking all of the ground wires under the hood. like the one from your battery to the radiator support, the one to the firewall, Etc. It sounds like a bad ground is giving you a back feed through electrical system.
