Steering column slop

i just picked up a58 F100. There seems to be a bit of slop in the steering cloumn. Is there any simple adjustment that can be done? Im not to familiar with the truck yet. Thanks in advance

If you mean "play" or "free wheeling" in the wheel when you turn it, it most likely is the steering box. There is usually some adjustment but don't over do it.
