I did a little modding after work this evening, I put in a ISSPRO fuel pressure gauge. Everything went well, pressure is at 65 PSI with no shim. I haven't taken her for a ride yet, I will do that on my way to work tomorrow. I took some pictures though.
Nice Job Jason. Did the gauge supplier also supply the fuel line to the isolator? Who did you get the gauge and isolator from?
Diesel Manor is where I purchased the gauge, you can buy the kit for in cab install so it comes with the isolator and fittings, the braided line and fittings is sold separately.
yep, i like they way the gauges look installed like that.
it sucked that mine needed spacers in that location, but I don't think they look too bad. in the pic below only the one one the left had the spacer, but now they have one.
my fuel pressure would sit right at 68 psi. it has been at 70 since i have started running homemade b80 in it.

Did you need a spacer for clearance? I just modified the gauge mount a bit.
yeah, the gauges are kind of long so they needed something. the gauges didn't come with any kind of mounts. i figured I would eventually buy the in dash pod, but that hasn't happened yet.
