front rotors ???

I think on my '04 F250 that the front rotors are floating - just want to make sure before I hit them to hard. I've been hitting them with a rubber mallet and they are not moving. No clips or hardware to remove first right?
Any tips on getting these rotors off?

There are no clips or anything like that. You need some quality penetrating oil, and big hammer, and in my case a mapp torch before they budged. If you not getting them turned jut whack away. Becareful of the studs so you don't mash the threads.

I used a small block of wood where the caliber goes and a 3 pounder. Got them off then.
