They're at it again
Street gangs are setting the north end of the city on fire. They are angry a man was shot and killed by a police officer. After he and others tried to swarm the two officers.
The rioters have attacked cameramen, shot a police officer, started numerous fires and are even attacking fire trucks and ambulances trying to deal with the carnage.

Man thats pretty crazy. I thought that kinda stuff only happened in like detroit!
I dont know what people think either. The poilice arent always right, and dont always do things the proper way, but ya cant just expect a group of people to attack them and nothing bad happen out of it at the end.

Montreal has a large black community so we have our share of riots and gang violence.
Funny thing is it was a Latino who got shot. But that won't stop the ******s from burning or stealing anything that isn't nailed down. They even attack police and the firemen who are trying to put out the fires. Bad enough your job is to go into a burning building, you have to deal with these thugs throwing bricks at you.
It's always the same. Minority type breaks the law, resists arrest, gets shot/beaten by police, black people cry racism and tear the place apart, government backs down and promises to hire more visible minorities for jobs they are not qualified to do.

I think that until the police get a handle on the gang violence and the gangs it will continue to happen. Just because it has a lot of blacks there does not mean that they are all in the gangs. I have seen just as many whites in gangs too. But this is a sad story.
