I believe Morris is a big fan of the '59 Ford Ranchero. At the Downtown Cruz in the 'Peg on Saturday, there were two Ranchero's, one a '57, one a '59, painted in identical colours -two tone red and white. Well restored and owned (I think) by Piston Ring, a big (huge) parts distributor in Winnipeg.
The '57 had a 223 inline six and the '59 had a 352 cube-300 hp Interceptor engine. This is the first time I've seen a 352/300 Interceptor. I took a pix of the 352 and the Rancheros. I will work on trying to post them. They were beautifully done cars, I'm assuming they will be at the Fab '50's Ford Club show, in early Sept., in Wpg. This is a fantastic, outdoor show, with 100's of cars. Hope it's not rained out.
Make sure ya let me know if ya need help posting pics Even though those rancheros arent my favorite, i still enjoy looking at the time effort and money people put into their projects.
