Thanks for the info guys. Sorry everything was so brief but I was at work and they were waiting on me before they locked up. Still couldn't get her running so I ended up calling the wifey and just had to leave the truck there tonight. Going back in the morning with some tools to try and figure it out.
Heres a little more backround on how things went south. First on tuesday the the water pump sprung a little leak, haven't had time to fix it yet but just kept an eye on the level and added to the overflow when needed. always checked the radiator level before driving and it was always up. I know I know... bad me! but just had to put it off till the weekend. Then on wednesday coming back from lunch, she died pulling in the parking lot at work, but fired right back up when I turned the key. When I left the evening to go home, it just turned over but didnt start. Tryed it a couple more times then fired. Was thinking maybe the CPS was going south. Did the same thing yesterday morning, and evening but progressivly got worse. Went today and picked up a CPS and figure I'd do that this weekend also. Well, went to leave tonight and she did it again. After multiple trys, she fire for all off maybe 5 seconds then that was it! kept trying but nothing. Figured I'd go ahead and just change the CPS there. well after 35 minutes (first time changing one) I finished and tried to start it again and......... nothing. That was when I went into frantic mode and stated throwing the questions out. So thats the story! If y'all have any other suggestions please let me know.
Well after reading a bunch of threads, I think it could be the IPR o-rings. I did notice earlier that the oil level was low in the HPOP so I topped it of. i was also low on oil as will so I took care of that too. It gave a glemer of hope once when it seemed like it wanted to fire but then nothing. After backing in the sun and forgetting to put the plug back in the the HPOP, I gave in and called the tow company to bring her home. I just checked the level in the HPOP and it has gone down since i last checked it, could this mean it is the IPR o-rings? If so, can I get the o-rings from napa or autozone or is this just a dealer only item?
