VERY weird
ive been waiting for the fuel tank selector switch for my grandma's 83 F-250 4x4 460 4spd. because both fuel pumps wont turn on and i figured thats a good start and my uncle was walking around the truck and heard a buzzing, with the key totally out of the ignition and everything one fuel pump WAS RUNNING CONSTANTLY. they had to disconnect the battery to shut it off, any ideas what could cause this?
