Bent frame
So i was doing a little off roading and i have a setup for a plow on my truck, it dosnt give much ground clearance but i thought i would be ok. I fell into a mud pit and the plow frame smoked a big rock. The front right section of the frame is bent downward about 1 1/2 inchs from the front clip but all the frame from there back is still good. Does anyone know how i could bend it back by my self? i have been smashing it with the hammer end of a woodmaull and it realy is not working to well.

You need to find a way to hold the frame downso you can get a jack under it and lift the front of the frame up. It isn't going to be quite to he right place, but you can get it close enough to work. I did that once with an old VW Golf, tied it down to my trailer, which had an open center, and tweaked things with my floor jack until it seemed close enough to work.

I doubt you're going to be able to do it yourself. Maybe with a LOT of heat and a really BFH you might get it close.
A frame rack is your only hope. Even they may not be able to get it straight.

I think you may be surprised how easy a frame is to bend, it would go even easier without the body bolted to it, but I have been surprised just how easy the frame rails are to move around. Essentially all a frame rack does is tie the frame down, then hydraulic lifts to push it around. But I do agree that even the pros will never get it quite right, but as long as it is just the horn bent down, and didn't affect the suspension/alignment any, it will be still useable.

Through a combination of a floor jack, chain, BFH and some heat i got it kindof strait im going to lose the plow frame and put on a heavy duty bumper with a winch, this should cover up the bent stuff and make it safer to drive in the woods.
