Replacement Arm Rest

I have a 2004 f350 crew cab. It has captain's chairs. The drivers side foldable arm rest is shot.

1. How do you remove it?
2. Where do you get a replacement?

Welcome to FTE! There are some threads in here that discuss the removal and replacement of the folding arm rest. Go to Search and type in "folding armrest"
and mark the "show threads" tab. Several threads will come up. Didn't have time to find the best one or I would have sent you the link.
