Trouble w/ my trouble codes
The codes are as follows;
p0238 turbo boost sens
p1670 EF feedback signal not detected
p0603 Int control module kam error
p0340 cam position sensor fault
p1211 ICP pressure above/below designated
can anybody interpret these to english for me and let me know where to start?
Does the truck run rough or seem to have a miss? Does it run smooth, but just seem to have no power.
Have their been any issues under the hood that might have damaged the factory wiring harnesses? Have you recently had the recall done for CPS replacement?
If it were me, I'd start with the 0340 & 1670 codes. The CPS is currently under recall, or you can pick one up from your local Ford dealer for around $30 (less at some of our online sponsors). Do not buy a CPS from the auto parts stores. They've been known to have issues. Changing the CPS instructions are here: Welcome to guzzle's CPS R&R Web Page
Hang on to the CPS that's in your truck now. If the change doesn't help, you now have a spare.
For the EF feedback code, start by making sure you don't have any blown fuses, then make sure your chip isn't loose, or the wires to your switch (if you have one) aren't loose. Then you can start checking for any visual problems (or by feel) on the wires coming out of the PCM.

As for the CEL when you floor it in one of the tunes, that would be your P1211 code indicating ICP above/below desired levels, which is kind of the whole purpose of the chip. It's basically telling you there's an issue with getting enough oil to fire your injectors and keep up with demand.
