Trouble w/ my trouble codes

I got five codes from my Econoline , it operates miserably in stock mode off the DP tuner
The codes are as follows;
p0238 turbo boost sens
p1670 EF feedback signal not detected
p0603 Int control module kam error
p0340 cam position sensor fault
p1211 ICP pressure above/below designated

can anybody interpret these to english for me and let me know where to start?

How long have you had the van? When did this start? Can you give us a little better description of miserably?

Does the truck run rough or seem to have a miss? Does it run smooth, but just seem to have no power.

Have their been any issues under the hood that might have damaged the factory wiring harnesses? Have you recently had the recall done for CPS replacement?

If it were me, I'd start with the 0340 & 1670 codes. The CPS is currently under recall, or you can pick one up from your local Ford dealer for around $30 (less at some of our online sponsors). Do not buy a CPS from the auto parts stores. They've been known to have issues. Changing the CPS instructions are here: Welcome to guzzle's CPS R&R Web Page
Hang on to the CPS that's in your truck now. If the change doesn't help, you now have a spare.

For the EF feedback code, start by making sure you don't have any blown fuses, then make sure your chip isn't loose, or the wires to your switch (if you have one) aren't loose. Then you can start checking for any visual problems (or by feel) on the wires coming out of the PCM.

i think the fourth one is you need a new cps. there under recall from ford(or they were) and it can cause periodic stalling of the engine,(do you have that problem) you also can buy one for cheap $, like $30

I've owned this truck since new, it has been getting poor fuel milage and performance for the past year. Around Febuary the fuel tank needed to get recoated and some replacements and modifications were made. I recently installed a DP tuner with a 1)stock, 2) 60 hp tow, 3) 100 hp performance and 4) economy 80 hp . The truck runs great on settings 2 through 4 and sometimes barely runs on or runs misererably on setting 1. The Service Engine light pops on at the greater rpms betwwen setting 2 and 4 . Although i ***** footed the vehicle home from LI to PA (160 mile trip) 2 75 to 80 mph and it only took an 1/8 of a tank in fuel, which was a vast improvement to what it got prior to the chip . The CPS sensor indeed is an aftermarket item my mechanic installed, it had the grey one (replaced in 2005) under warranty but to rule out problems we replaced it again to a black Standard unit. I'm about to get under the hood tommorow with a meter and start checking voltages and continuity at sensors, I need to solve this mystery.

I'd give Jody a call tomorrow. It doesn't make sense that the truck runs good with the programs, but not in the stock setting. He may be able to point you in a better direction.

As for the CEL when you floor it in one of the tunes, that would be your P1211 code indicating ICP above/below desired levels, which is kind of the whole purpose of the chip. It's basically telling you there's an issue with getting enough oil to fire your injectors and keep up with demand.
