Found a truck on craigslist the guys exact words are:
"Motor is a 413 Marine engine (400 modified with a 428 crank)"
Is this possible? I didnt know that it was, i was just curious.

428 is an FE. Different bore spacing (larger), different main bearing size (smaller), different main bearing width.
Oh, and even if you could, the 428 uses a 3.98" stroke while a 400 uses a 4.0" stroke so you would have actually have less displacement, not more.
