When I bought my truck a few months ago, the cruise worked. I noticed that it didn't work a little while after I changed the code to calibrate it for larger tires. It could have stopped working before that, as I don't use the cruise much. No burn fuses, and the speedo/odometer works fine, I know they are connected. Speed sensor is working correctly. The cruise doesn't work at all.

Could be any number of things but I've found it to usually be the cable or the diaphram on the vacuum ball. I've had several of those break over the years. Also check all your vacuum lines.
Is your horn working? Ford's are known for the horn bracket to ground out, which will blow the horn fuse. Since the horn and cruise are ran together on most Ford's, it takes it out also. Might want to check that. If it is, get another horn from Ford, or one from Auto Zone for $9.00
