The lawyer called and tried to apologize this morning, offered me a $10,000 bonus if I'd stay! I told him to kiss my white irish butt

Good for you, Don. Some people think they can walk all over someone and coming back with an apology will set everything right. Nice to see a stand on principle.

Now wait a minute Don, sounds like it could be negotiable. Counter with $100,000 and see what happens.

If there is no employment contract, take the money and run, lol

Their trying to cheat me is gonna bite them in the butt big time. They forgot that all the biodiesel equipment was MINE! So now they'll have to spend 50K on fuel this year IF they can find anybody to work the ranch. I hired the whole crew, and they ALL walked off with me. They only have a small window to get next years crop seeded, and no help to do it with. I had a hunch this might happen, so I quietly talked with a couple of other ranches, and made a deal this weekend. I no longer have to "work" a whole ranch, just supply them with biodiesel from the canola they will grow. Result: much more "free" time to work on hotrods, more $$$$$, and less stress But now I have to move 10 miles further south.........If you see a huge caravan of Oregon trucks headed south, It's all my friends that found out I'm moving again

More time, more money, less bs.

Sounds like a blessing in disguise.
